David Lennartson brings more than 34 years of real estate industry experience to his role as Sales Executive with Ticor Title, where he joins the Geiss team serving Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica, and the greater Westside of Los Angeles. Based out of our Los Angeles office, David partners alongside Louisette Geiss to deliver unmatched service and expertise across one of Southern California’s most dynamic real estate markets.David’s background spans lending, title insurance, and a deep command of underwriting with specialized expertise in new construction, development, and the entitlement process. He has a rare ability to take the complex and make it clear, guiding clients through transactions with realistic expectations and access to the right resources at the right time.
A California native, David is an avid mountain biker, surfer, and outdoor enthusiast who spends his time off on trails, at the beach, or tackling hands-on home projects. He is a proud father of four.
